Terms of sale

1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions govern sales concluded on the website noxcult.com.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
Each capsule is produced in limited quantities and may no longer be available once sold out.

3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.
Shipping costs are specified before the order is confirmed and are added to the total amount.

4. Orders
Placing an order on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
An order confirmation is sent by email once payment has been approved.

5. Payment
Payments are secure and processed via Shopify Payments (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, etc.).
An order is only considered effective once payment has been approved by the bank.

6. Delivery
Deliveries are made in France and the European Union via Colissimo / Mondial Relay.
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 6 business days for France, 5 to 10 days for the European Union.
NOXCULT cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal & returns
In accordance with the law, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason and without penalty.
The product must be returned new, unworn and unwashed, in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the product.

8. Liability
NOXCULT cannot be held liable for indirect damage related to the use of the Internet (data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, etc.).

9. Intellectual property
All elements on the website (visuals, texts, designs, logo) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of NOXCULT.
Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

10. Personal data
The data collected is used solely for processing orders and managing the customer relationship.
It is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Privacy Policy available on the website.

11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
