Pickup point - How does it work?
You choose your pickup point on the confirmation page, right after payment. An interactive map appears: click the point that suits you. It's saved automatically. No button to confirm.
When does my order ship?
Orders are prepared and shipped from France within 24 to 48 business hours.
Delivery times
France: 3 to 5 business days
Benelux, Southern Europe: 3 to 6 days
Germany, Austria: 3 to 6 days
Rest of the EU: 5 to 10 days
Delivery times start from the day your order ships.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is sent to you automatically by email as soon as your order ships.
02SIZING
How do the pieces fit?
Every piece comes with a fit recommendation. You'll find it on its product page, along with an interactive size guide!
03RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if the item is:
• unworn
• in its original condition
• with its tags attached
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
How do I start a return?

How should I care for the pieces?
- Wash at 30°C, inside out
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron directly on the print
- Acid wash pieces evolve slightly over time
