What are the shipping costs in France?
Shipping costs €5 (Colissimo with tracking). Delivery time: 2 to 4 business days.

And for Europe?
The rate is €14 (Colissimo International). Delivery time: 4 to 8 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but if you have a specific request, please send us a message.

DELIVERY & PROCESSING

When is my order shipped?
Orders are prepared and shipped from France within 24 to 48 business hours.

How to track my package?
A Colissimo tracking number is automatically sent by email upon shipment.

SIZES

How do the items fit?

Each item has a fit recommendation, which you will find on its product page.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?
Yes, within 14 days after receipt, if the item is:
• unworn
• in its original condition
• with tags attached

Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is a production defect.

How to initiate a return?
Send an email to contact@noxcult.com with your order number.

CARE

How to care for the items?

• Wash at 30°C, inside out

• Do not tumble dry

• Do not iron directly on the print

• Acid wash items may change slightly over time
